Shipping

Shipping is free within the USA.

All orders leave our workshop in 3-5 business days.

Wood Maps

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days). 

We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air as an expedited and guaranteed shipping service for domestic orders.

Orders to Canada ship via FedEx International Ground (2-7 business days).

Print Maps

Domestic orders of 13x19 and 20x24 prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days). 24x36 prints are shipped UPS Ground (1-5 business days).

We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air as an expedited and guaranteed shipping service for domestic orders.

Orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Ground (2-7 business days).

 

Damages

We pack every order carefully but occasionally packages are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, send an email to info@etchedatlas.com with your name, order number and pictures of the damage. Please keep your original packaging so that we can process a claim with USPS.

 

Returns

Standard maps and wood art can be returned and are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Personalized maps, custom maps and sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to process a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping and items must be received back in new condition in order to qualify for a refund.
